Saber and Saber Lily are the same doll?

I know Saber and Saber Alter have the same mold in different skin color, but what about Lily?

Is it the same doll but different clothes?

Yes, and a different faceup. Saber has four different faceups, original, Alter, Lily, and Extra.

At one time I wanted a saber, though unless I get crazy money I will just deal with my custom faceups and standard editions.
