Unfortunately for my wallet, it was the same for me....

 

I had completely forgotten about this sale too but luckily, the only thing I really wanted was actually in stock and available! I snagged the "Magical Happy Skirt Dress" and the matching "Black Cat Ears and Tail Bloomers" set in MDD size. This will be so stinkin' adorable on one of my little kitty girls!

Has anyone gotten their stuff from this? I made my order almost 2 weeks ago now and I have yet to get any confirmation of shipping. All my order page says is "Order" and that's it. Is Volks JP really so far behind with things they can't fill regular orders like this in a decent amount of time?

Yup, Volks shipping is super lagged. :/

 

It's taking them a while for all orders to be shipped out, not just event orders. I ordered a bust recently and it took like 2 weeks before it was shipped

You reminded me to go check if they had restocked the herringbone long coat, which they had. I wanted that for my SD pretty bad. Snagged her some blue jeans and argyle socks too.

Ahhh I have been waiting to get those cute cat ears and tail >< My order still hasn't shipped yet. I ordered it around 2-3 weeks ago and my status is still in "order". Has anyone else's stuff shipped yet? I assume it's normal for Volksjp to have such lagged shipping.

This is not normal actually. They usually take a week to a week and a half. They currently have a sign on their website saying that they are behind with their shipping.

My order still say "Order confirmed" on Volks website, but I did receive a message from DHL with a tracking number ( and a customs fee to pay :/ ) this morning, so the wait should not be long now

DHL from Volks international? Don't they always use EMS? I live in Canada so it always comes through Canada Post. Last time I received something through DHL I had to pay a fee too, not fun

I got EMS and I am in America. Maybe it's just Europe that's getting DHL(?) If someone can confirm that would be lovely. Now I'm kinda happy I didn't get DHL(Custom fees are not fun ><), but atleast DHL is much quicker.

The website still say EMS for all my orders, but since April of this year, I got everything from DHL instead.

I have only bought intently from them this year. And have not had any kind of issues, until now. I got my SD Chair just yesterday, and it was from the last after event . They only shipped it after i mail them asking for a delivery date.

The worst part is they aren't answering their emails. Or really slow at it. I was hoping to combine shipping for rin and len and they never got back to me... u can try emailing them or ask a friend to check up by ur house when ur on vacation. : /

I might have to get my cat sitter to keep a lookout for me while I'm gone. VolksJP hasn't replied to my email. It's a shame because I really wanted to purchase for the October releases(Ribbon Girl restock, Senbon Rin and Len outfits) I'm just going to wait until Volks USA gets this stuff before I order from VolksJP again. :/

The Senbon outfits are preorders and wont ship until December. I'm not sure when you have to pay (I'm hoping in December, this past little while has drained my wallet)

Sorry I meant to say pre-order haha, but hopefully we pay them in December. If we have to pay now I guess that's fine.(But not for my wallet >>) As for Ribbon Girl restock, god knows when they will ship those. So I'll just wait until Volks USA gets them.

Yeah it changed to "order confirmed" for me a while ago too. But no shipping notice. Nao said they got a message from DHL with a tracking number and customs fee. So I can only think they will begin shipping this week or the beginning of next week...(Hopefully)
