Stock availability for Volks Website (Int) and Volks Osaka?

I've tried searching the forum for "Volks website restock" but it didn't really yield the sort of the results I was looking for, so...

 

Does anyone know the general time frame that the international Volks website will restock its optional parts? Specifically hands? Do they stock them every month around a certain date or is it out of stock for months - like if you have to wait for all the hand types to sell out before they make more? D:

 

Also, same question as applied to the Volks branch in Osaka as well; does anyone know if they have stock for the MDD hands and/or if so, what are the chances it'll still be there in September? A friend is going then and I'm wondering if I should wait for her to get them for me or if it'll all be sold out anyway if they don't restock more regularly.
