That casual set is coming home to me!

On the other hand I am debating Iori for young Zelda. It's between her and ddh-10 now I'm not sure ><

Not gonna lie, I kind of want her. Only problem is that I have no idea what character she could be (my other two are from Pokemon Unova region, so ideally I'd like everyone to be Pokemon characters) and I am incapable of coming up with OCs who I don't despise.

 

I don't care for the faceup, but that's easy enough to change, and I think her eyes would be narrow enough for BJD eyes. So I could finally have a doll with those ridiculous elaborate artisan eyes that have all sorts of cool patterns and such in them. (e.g.

I also really like the DDS size.

 

If I just had a character for her this might be a pretty easy sell xD but after Mei (my Lucy) there aren't really any other Pokemon girls I super adore...

Is there a Pokemon she could be a human form/gijinka of? If she can't be a human-outright Pokemon character, that's the next logical step. (Why my first thought was Espurr, I haven't the foggiest. . .)

Updated first post with more pictures from the Volks news. She's reallly nice. I was hoping to find a reason not to get her since I also wanted Rin and Len, but she looks great in the pictures. Well at least Ranko is going to have her close friend. XD

I'm still debating if I should pre-order her or not :/ I really, really like her, but I'm also afraid they will change her again... If we take a look at the past pre-order dolls: Kosmos - Changed, Momo - Changed, Sheryl - Changed...

 

There are still a lot pre-order dolls they didn't change (much?), but that doesn't help me right now

@Innocentsake haha. Yea, this is the best possible news for me. XD I was worried I might have to pay 2nd handed since I love her character.

I really, really want her, she's so pretty. I love the outfit. I would definitely like to do a split with someone. I would buy her for myself but I don't need another DDS body for my plans.

Anya looks pretty, but something about her face feels a bit off. Perhaps it's the face up and the eyes... the irises are a bit too wide for her perhaps, I think she'd look better with narrower irises. And the colour seems (at least with my screen settings) really teal, I'd like a more pale/icy blue better. But well, those things are easy to fix with a custom face up and another pair of eyes.

 

Although, if I end up ordering her, I'll most likely use the doll for another character. I'm not that big a fan of Idolmaster, although Anya is definitely one of my fave girls from the franchise. But I don't think I love her quite so much that I'd want her as a doll, especially if the sculpt turns out like it could work for the other character who I love more, ahah. xD;

 

I just wish her default outfit was that casual one instead of the stage dress... while the dress is pretty, I'd rather get more cool casual wear for my girls. Luckily there's plenty of time to think whether I want (and can) order Anya or not...

Oh, I thought she was going to have white skin for some reason. I guess because she looks so pale nest to the two others.

The other angles of her face make her look a lot less pointy and a lot more like she's supposed to. This settles it, I need her :3

While words cannot describe the apathy I have for the Idolmaster franchise, I must say she is an absolutely lovely doll. Wish I had the money to get her

The original pics I saw of this one didn't make it look particularly special to me. However, some of the more recently distributed images have left me with a much more positive impression.

 

Now I'd kinda like to have the head, but the costume does nothing for me. Ultimately, this one isn't tempting me to expand my family to 4. She's very nice, but I can resist her allure.

 

However, when the pre-orderers have their Anastasias in hand, it's going to be great looking at the pics of the customizations. I predict those are going to be absolutely stunning and make me wish I had placed an order.

Pre-orders are officially open on Volks International. No deposit needed for the dolls or their outfits.

 

For those who haven't pre-ordered before be sure to save the email with your order number. You can only see orders online going back a year, so by next fall you may not be able to see it on the Volks website if you need it for some reason.

Volks USA prices are currently cheaper than Volks International. Of course we don't pay International until the the dolls are ready to be shipped out but who knows what the conversion rate is by then. :\
