International lists Fall 2017 for shipping, and USA lists Winter 2017. It looks like its still a 2 - 3 month delay.

I just put in for the casual outfit for Anastasia! I thought it was really pretty and well done so my girls will have a nice outfit come late next year.

 

I went thru the international site because even if I have to pay a little more due to fluctuating yen amounts, I'd rather get my stuff earlier instead of later by going thru the US site.

 

I really wish the US store would quit getting treated like a third rate entity by the main company....

Put my order in a little bit ago. Every time I see more pictures of her the harder I fall. One of the pics on the Volks page almost makes her look similar to the 03 head. Can't wait to see what Tama looks like in that wig. I'm just stunned that Lillian appeared almost out of nowhere, her face is perfect. She was one of the more difficult OC I would think about from time to time but with such a distinctive, almost non-DD like features, I never expected that she would work without being a loose translation. Good thing I have some time to iron out the idea that's been floating aimlessly through my mind since early 2011.

Got some pics of her at Volks today.

The display one they have in the Fu kuoka store is in the casual clothes - maybe the other stores have the stage clothes. I tried to get a lot of angles for you guys.

I'm personally not really a fan of how her eye makeup is done. It looks too...blocky? too black? to me. I dont know. Something about it is off - I was hoping the real thing would look better to me. I cant wait to see what people do with her, though.

Oh, I like Anastasia in your pictures much more than I did in her promo photos! Thanks so much for taking the pictures.

The pictures really show off her sculpt, and help to show that her sculpt is pretty unique. It also helps show that while her chin is prominent it's not as pointy as the original Volks photo's made it look.

Thank you for the photos of all the dolls! The in person pics make me want just Anya and not Iori or Yayoi where I previously wanted Iori as well. So... just a preorder for Anya for me and if I like iori at release I'm sure I'll be able to acquire her.

Thank you for the pictures, Torino. I think that her eye makeup is a little dark, but perhaps with a different wig it would look better. It looks just a little off with such pale skin and light hair.

 

Her chin definitely looks less pointy than the promo mics. I really didn't like that about her! But it looks much better in your picture. I really like her chubbier cheeks. I have to say that her second outfit is amazing looking. Even though it's very casual, I think that's a good thing. Even on another doll, it wouldn't look out of place. I am a little concerned about the tank, it looks like it might be a stain danger...?

 

I definitely need her. She's too pretty to pass up!

I just looked on twitter to see if I could find other pics and found plenty better than mine! The other stores have her stage outfit too.

 

I wont post them all but if you want to keep an eye on it just keep an eye on the DDSアナスタシア tag.

I keep debating with myself whether I want to pre-order her. She will look great as a boy so I would really just want her head. I also want Iori as is because she is just too cute. I guess I have till December to make up my mind.

It just sort of dawned on me. Her face really looks like she is Russian woman with anime features. Her sculptor did a really great job bringing her to life.

Arg, I like her so much more now after seeing these photos! More than Iori, even. Still gotta think about it, but I really want Anya now >.

I used to feel very "meh" about her but after seeing Torino's pictures I think she is very adorable.

I wasn't too keen on her when the first promo pictures were revealed, but I find myself liking her more and more! I think she has a lot of potential, if only her eyes and eye makeup were modified a little bit（‐＾▽＾‐）I'll be waiting for the next Dolpa announcements before doing anything hasty, though!

I am super, super happy with these pics & the others I've seen on Twitter. I knew I loved her after it began to dawn on me that she was my Lillian, but now I'm falling even harder. I do still think she looks a bit odd in 'Tama's hair' but personally I love her more Gotic look. Reminds me of some of the more 'extreme' Sims I used to make for my Goth neighborhood and that delights me more than I can say. I'm interested to see what she will look like with various wig and eye combos. I think it could make a massive difference in her overall look. I get the feeling that she just may be an unexpectedly versitile sculpt.

 

The only regretful part is having to wait so long before she can come home.

She might be coming to my household. This weekend my wife and I had a conversation that I forgot how it started, but it ended with her saying that she might want to get a Snow Miku. We were out of town and had no internet so I couldn't do anything about it. Later I thought I should show her all the DD doll options, including the preorders , to allow her to pick the doll she wanted. So when we got back yesterday, I pulled up Volks USA's site (Sadly Snow Miku was no longer on it like it was Friday morning.) and showed her all the dolls. After looking at them all, she picked Anastasia. She didn't know why, but she really liked her face. So I'll show her these new photos, and if she still likes her, and is okay with waiting a year for her doll, then I'll order her. Hurray for maybe pulling my wife into the hobby with me, and in less than a year too!

So BF pre-ordered her and her extra outfit. Soo excited ~ I really love her purple liner it's a nice touch. Thanks for the close-ups Torino! : ]

The more I see her face shape it looks like a mature 03 sculpt. No wonder I couldn't resist her. All these years and the 03 is still my favorite.

So I got my stuff from Volks today, I received a 2nd booklet about the preorders(no new pictures, it's the same as the promo pics), an SD booklet(in pure English! That's a first LOL) and I got some weird black/white sheet which I can't understand at all.

 

Anyone know what this is? Judging by the pictures I think it's a pre-order form. It's the first time I received this. But I wonder if this is the sheet to pre-order the Idolm@ster dolls and the DD Pretty body(?)

 

From what I can make out, it looks like an order form for Iori, Yayoi, Anastasia, and their respective outfit sets (both Twinkle Star outfits and Anastasia's casual set). What I'm curious about is the 5000Y listed right above the main price for each of the dolls. Is that the down payment amount for preorder (as opposed to full payment up front)?

Yup, you can either opt to pay the deposit of 5,000 yen (per doll) or 1,000 yen (per outfit) or you can do the payment in full. Looks like on the form you check which box you're doing, deposit or full payment, so they know how to process your order.
