belpita Posted June 1, 2017 I've been doing a lot of sewing lately, so that my girl finally has something to wear. belpita Posted June 6, 2017 Here's a bunch of photos from my time in Düsseldorf attending Dokomi this past weekend. (My doll has two wigs at the moment.) Ah! The best thing to do after a long day of travelling is crashing on the hotel bed. "I am never leaving this bed." The following morning. "I've packed my back, I'm ready to go to Dokomi." "Is this where we get off?" "Why are you looking at her like that? There's only room for one doll in our house and that's me." "Phew! It's so hot today. I'm glad we escaped that place." A little later in the day. "I found my new home. It's over there. Please make the necessary arrangements." Of course, we had to go back to Dokomi the next day, because it was way too much fun. "I want a car like that too." On Monday it was time to travel back home again. "I need coffee first!" We stopped off at Woyton in Altstadt. "I approve of this coffee." "I forgive you, even though I still don't understand why you need clothes that don't fit me." *They're replacement parts because of bad staining on her original body, plus a special deal on the xsmall bust in cocoa. belpita Posted July 19, 2017 Took Satori on an outing today. I must say, it really is fun to carry her around and find good photo opportunities. I need to invest in a new camera! I say, Satori, it says No Climbing...! Bam! We went to the Museum of Performing Arts, where there was an artwork about the fleeting quality of stage work. All these folders represented memories. You could listen to different people's memories in the old-style phones hanging in every nook and corner of the labyrinthian library. There were also an exhibition on puppetry. belpita Posted August 3, 2017 Went on a daytrip to Uppsala, the oldest university city in Sweden. Visited the Botanical Gardens there and found an exhibition about cacti. "This feels like home." Size reference! We also looked at the fabulous runestones. "Vigmund carved this stone in memory of himself, the most capable man." While on an excursion it is important to eat well. We found a little Japanese shop and bought these new Pocky. "They're all mine. You are not allowed to touch them." "Huh, what's this? It looks so familiar..."
