marishade Posted January 29, 2017 Twilight is gorgeous, I cannot wait to get her myself. Unfortunately I just bought three dolls in a three month period (plus outfits) so I am kinda tight of funds right now. She is high on my priority list though. Her face is so spunky, I think I am going to make her into a bit of a rebel/ goth when I get mine. And her eyes! They are so different compared to what the other current SmDolls are using, love them! I've tried the straight cocoa wig on her, plus I put Twilight's default on Yuki (Ivory), and they both fit just fine. I'll have to measure Twilight's eyes to see how they compare to the others. My measurements won't be exact, since I didn't take her eyes out of her head, but it should be close enough for these purposes. The iris for the teal eyes is approximately 10 mm wide. Again, could be a bit more since I measured while they were in her head. Mirai's default eyes (had an extra pair lying around), are about 12. So my guess would be that they could share eyes. I'm new on the site but I've been reading tons of posts and I think I have all the smart doll information down... but something is bothering me and I'm not sure if I'm 100% correct on my theory... I am waiting for Moonlight to come out because she is the doll for me! I keep seeing her with purple eyes, a silver bob hairstyle, white shorts and a tank top.. but when I look at her I see somethings off. She has a closed mouth in every picture I see her in so there's no way she is Twilights Cocoa twin. And there's no way Kurenai is Milk Twilight because she also has a closed mouth in the shape of a smile and he's posting pics of Kurenai on twitter and Facebook as a separate entity then Milk Twilight. So they must have different face molds or at least styled differently... Am I totally off or am I right? Twilight's open mouth is done by a faceup, not a mold, so they can have either open or closed mouth still sharing the same mold. I was also very confused trying to figure out the differences between them. So apparently the teeth are not molded in, just painted in the face-up.
