Ordering from Tata's Paradise?

(First, I'm very sorry if this is in the wrong section...)

 

I want to order some accessories from Tata's Paradise for my dolls, but some of them (specifically, a silver ipad and a flintlock gun) are only listed as in stock on the Taobao store and not on the main site. Has anyone had luck with contacting them and asking to have things stocked on Taobao stocked on the main site? Or should I just get a Taobao proxy?

 

This is the only place I can find this gun for sale, too, and for reasons that may be explained eventually in a photostory it is vital that Mei get her flintlock...

I would try contacting them. I have in the past, and they do reply although it may take a few days. I am pretty sure they have the 1/3 iPad's on their regular site, but you have to dig through a lot of pages in the accessories section to find them. As far as the gun goes I don't recall seeing it there, they do have a fair number of guns, but I haven't looked in a few months. You can find the MacBooks and iPads on eBay too.

 

Realize that these are usually an Apple themed vanity mirror that includes a decal of some sort that you stick over the mirror to fake the OS. Don't have one so no idea about the quality. A lot of the items they have in accessories aren't true 1/3 BJD items. They are just items that happen to be about the right size, and which can make a nifty addition to your BJD outfits. That's not to say the quality isn't good. I've gotten a number of items from Tata and I'm happy with all of them.

 

Lastly their stuff that is sized for 1/3 resin BJDs might look a bit large in a DDs hands.

What kind of shipping fees do Tata's normally charge? I was looking into buying a few necklaces and other accessories, and the shipping fee to Sydney was quoted as 1000 AUD which is...kinda insane

Welp, that's what I get for only looking at things on mobile. It doesn't show up there and now I feel like an idiot Oh well, at least now I know to look for other avenues to buy the things I want.

I bought some stuff from them a few months ago, before they closed international shopping (obviously) and a $60 order was $18 shipping, which is perfectly reasonable from Asia.
