I don't even have a hair dryer we use paper towel dispensers in the bathroom. Is there another alternative? T_T You could hold your hand over it, your own body heat will slowly warm the vinyl and make it a little bit easier to work with, but a hair dryer would be the quickest/easiest way. I had to do this when I was removing Ichiko's hands to get an outfit with tight sleeves on when I was at a meet. I put her fears to rest by wearing a hat. It was, naturally, the only thing to do.
