I want more tan girls on this forum but if there was a DDH11 here she'd be quite the celebrity! There's also a really good selection of 6 Limited girls as well I'm excited for the dealer items. They have a dealer on the list that I would definitely like to grab items from as I've seen their work since I started collecting. In related news, I just got the email explaining the Tea Party schedule while I was at work and every time the phrase "beloved Dollfie" came up I got butterflies and almost teared up I don't think there are any set rules, besides the Volks area rules that are in the email- only Volks dolls, only one per person in the tea party, etc. Otherwise general convention/doll meetup etiquette should apply. Don't touch or grab dolls without permission. Be careful with food/drink and only touch dolls with clean hands. Keep an eye on unattended dolls, kids love to grab them. Avoid expressing negatives about dolls/brands/prices/etc, folks have strong emotional attachments and can take negative opinions personally. Watch your doll and bag in the public hotel areas. You don't have to dress up yourself or your doll, though there are contests for both in the Tea Party it appears. Based on my experience at the last LA Dolpa, I recommend getting lots of rest and wearing comfy shoes and clothes. I brought a large backpack for my doll and big camera and it ended up being a pain- pack light and leave room for purchases. Bring a name tag with your screen name so folks will know you. Take some water and snacks because it's easy to forget meals with all the excitement. If you're flying in, make sure your doll (and any purchased dolls) can fit your carry-on bags. Last time, they only had one each of the limited DD and SD lottery dolls. I'm not sure if they'll have more this time but I wouldn't bet on it. When it's the face that gets touched I cry inside and then have to say something which is always awkward~ But everything that jadepixel mentioned are very good tips to follow! Remember to bring sanitzer/hand wipes if you can. It helps. I'm not expecting multiple but who knows. Wish I could bring home a brown girl but it won't happen for me yet. Good luck to everyone going for dolls. I'd be happy to get a outfit or two or those gacha lingere sets. No need for dressing your doll to the theme. The FedEx at the Marriott will have boxes that would fit YoSD-MSD/MDD sizes, but if you need a larger box to fit DD or SD sized dolls you'll have to buy them from the Tenshi no Sumika shop ^^ I'm excited about Dolpa~ Do you guys already know who you will be bringing? This is for Dollfie Dreams only though and the meet would probably be around 3pm-4pm? We will be doing a group photo of all the boys together! We just wanted to show some love for male DDS! That's sweater weather where I'm from, but all joking aside, to all those that aren't used to it, by all means have lots of water and keep out of the sun and stay inside as much as possible. Monty Posted September 2, 2017 Volks allow credit/debit at Dolpa in Japan, which is a primarily cash-based society, so it would be bizarre if they didn't in the US (especially cos a lot of the things they sell ain't cheap) HAVE FUN EVERYONE!!!
