Bunny Chai/Kranberri Jam here~

Recommended Posts

kranberrijam

Hello everyone! I meant to make an introduction post a while back, but never did. Anyhow, I go by Bunny Chai or Kranberri Jam online and you can find me under my same username on DOA. I spend what little free time I have drinking chai, reading, drawing, playing visual novels, drinking chai, watching horror movies, and trying to make doll clothes (I have so many half-done projects....). Oh, and drinking chai. I used to be super into cosplay, but time and money put a stop to that and my focus is shifting more toward my dolls (its so much cheaper to make outfits for them).

I call all my dolls my "imoutos" and here's my current sisters (in order of acquisition):

- Kana (LUTS Senior Delf AMY custom)

- Mariko (Volks Dollfie Dream Sister DDH-05 custom)

- Kousaka Kirino (AZONE Pure Neemo character doll)

- Koron (AZONE Pure Neemo Ex Cute character doll)

- Snow Miku -name pending? maybe?- (Volks Dollfie Dream character doll)

Since some of my dolls are off-topic here, please check out my flickr page for their photos.

I also have the Kagamine Rin and Len DDs on order and I'm really scared I'm going to start crying when they arrive. ^^;; I have my eye on one more doll in the whenever future, but nothing after that, as I'd like to focus on the ones I have. My future plans are to learn more about doing faceup and mods. Oh, and I also just moved and want to make a nice space for my dolls, but right now they're kind of everywhere. o.o

I'm working on setting up profiles for all my dolls, so feel free to ask any questions. I'd like to meet some nice people in the same hobby and learn whatever I can. So yeah, hi!

Hi and welcome to the forum! We appreciate your joining us. Some of us do take a bit more time to respond than others but we always do love it when new people join the forums. Truth to tell, I lurk more often than post lately myself and am just trying to get back to posting regularly but don't let that worry you. There are a lot of active members in the forums and they're quite friendly so feel free to ask if you have any questions and post photos of your girls. You can post your OT dolls in the Lounge where we share our OT girls and SmartDolls. We love all dollieh photos.

Congrats on your upcoming Rin and Len. Such cuties those twins. I'd love to see what you make for them especially with your expertise on cosplay I'm sure your girls/and Len will look really fab. Have fun!

Thankyou for the warm welcome, katnaper! I'm not too active online either because I just don't have the free time I used to.

Thanks for letting me know about the Lounge, I will try and share my current family there soon~ Since Snow Miku has joined I am past due for an updated group photo.

I have sooo many plans for doll cosplays/outfits its not funny, I just tend to take on too many projects at once and they all stay half-done for such a long time and some never get finished. For example, I have a set of matching wa-loli outfits that have been in process for about nine months now. >.> At this moment I'm actually modifying a dress for one doll and after I fix it, I do really want to finish those wa-loli ones. I do find it funny how very different it is making outfits for humans versus dolls, and within that vinyl versus resin. Its quite a learning curve! But I look forward to maybe using this forum as a motivation to get more work done.

Thankyou for the warm welcome,

No biggie.

I feel your pain. I have projects from other hobbies in a partly done status for months on end so no worries. Post when you can.
