Snow Miku wig order form

DD Snow Miku comes with what Volks describes as "Owner-Limited Wig Order Form". I can't read most of the text, but it does say "Japan only" under shipping so I'm not too worried about trying to actually redeem it. I just wonder what wig it's used to order? Is there a second Snow Miku wig that only Snow Miku owners can order?

Assuming this is the same thing that was included with the original Mikus, it's a form for a spare wig, same as the one you already have.

Oh geez, I never would've guessed that! I thought it could be like, if you have Snow Miku but also wanted original Miku's wig. Thanks for clearing it up!

i bought my snow miku and miku wigs from Y!J, about 10000 - 12000 yen plus shipping and service fee... way too expensive... T T

I'll admit I paid $125 on eBay for an extra Miku wig (I'm glad I did, I've turned the one Miku came with into a mess.). The seller had like 3 of them at the start. Now I kind of wish I bought him out. Once he had one left, he raised the price to $1500! I wonder if he hit the zero one too many times. But last I checked, it was still there.

Lol looks like I was the second buyer(or 3rd). I bought from the same person at $135 USD. My Miku wig became a disaster as well at the ends. So I had to purchase a new one from him.

 

Well what he said to me was that he actually only had 1 left with the default Volks packaging and it wasn't the extra Miku wig from the form(which comes in a different packaging). So I assume he's actually sold out but had put his listing at $1500 just to not get people to buy it. I dunno, maybe he did it because nobody ever sells the default Miku wig.

So why not just pull it or end the auction? Bumping the price seems silly if you don't want someone to buy it. Whatever, I got my 2nd Miku wig, so it doesn't matter now. But being I have two now, I'm still toying with the idea to trim the messed up one to give her short tails. Who knows.

I dunno, I think he's just trying to make people think people actually purchased the wig at $1,500.

 

That's what I did with her messed up wig, and it's not really as great as I thought lol. I might make them even more shorter to see if it does it any better.(I've been thinking of just trashing the thing.)

Yeah, definitely keep it around! A spare, lightly damaged wig is a great opportunity to get some practice cutting, styling, and customizing so that next time you'll be more prepared to deal with getting the kind of edits you want.

If you want to trash it, let me know, I'll pay for the shipping, as there is something I want to try.

 

As for my messed up wig, I just pout it in a box for now. When I feel like I have time, I'll try washing it and then using some hot water to try fixing the damaged hair. I'm such a sucker for twin tails, and hers are so beautiful when they are done right.
