Makoto Posted November 17, 2011 I'm not exactly great at introductions, but I'd like to try anyway. My username and name are the same, so you can call me Makoto. I am disappointed in myself to say that I was never really a fan of BJDs until recently-- only because of my discovery of Dollfie Dreams. Actually, I was more of an anime figure collector and enthusiast. Naturally(?) I wanted to own a dollfie but like many people here (I'm assuming), the price was out of my range; however, now that I have the funds to actually purchase one, I'd like to actually do so... and thus I joined these forums to acquire assistance in an area I have no experience in. That's pretty much it, thanks for having me and I hope we can get along. Oh, I plan to order one of either Yukino or Aoi, but I am still deciding. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

And even then I never had the money for one. I was finally able to take the plunge this year when they did the web orders for Saber Alter & Saber Extra (I pre-ordered Saber Extra ). So now I am patiently awaiting for June to come round so I can finally have her in my hands. You'll find a lot of information here and anything you can't find there will always be someone who can usually answer your question And it's great that you're planning on getting either Aoi or Yukino. I was wondering, are you going to get the current model of Aoi/Yukino or are you going to wait for the 2nd Ver. to be stocked at VolksUSA (Or order from Volks International)? The 2nd Ver. of these girls have a softer look to their face ups. It is difficult to describe how much I fell in love for DDs. The strange part is that even now I feel that resin BJD are too much for me. Even yesterday I was thinking about this. Why I fell that owning a resin BJD is so different that owning a DD? It makes no sense for me... It is not the price, the size... what could it be? Summon ritual is over. And finally complete.
