DDS Freyja Wion and Santa Saber Alter

I'm wondering now why they announced Freyja so early (・・?) I thought they'd follow up with the other lotto doll in a few days, but they haven't. Maybe it was because the show recently ended and they wanted to keep people interested? They often don't release two dolls of the same series at one event, so maybe the second DD won't be related to Macross.

Whatever the second lotto doll is, I just hope it's not something I really want. I'm in way over my head already. I need to focus on clothes and finishing some cheap yet needing assembling OCs.

 

She's cute, and if it weren't for the 06 head I'd probably be needing her for Tara.

If she's semiwhite I need her so I can have Alter without dealing with how phased out white skin is, which has always been my main concern with Alter.

Oh no, I really want her. I've loved Santa Alter ever since I saw her in FGO... she's too adorable

Ugh. A DDP I can manage, but where's Saber supposed to fit (－‸ლ) My closets are full of skeletons.

In that picture she looks white skin to me. Luckily I already have Alter so I'm safe.

I really want an Alter, but I really need a new computer, so have been putting off doll spending. Damn Volks. Why did they have to do this now. >.

I could be happy either way, if my wallet is up for it. I've never seen the anime, so I'm not sure what the draw for Saber is, but since getting into the DD hobby this year, I have come to like her sculpt. So this would be a way for me to get a Saber. But I do love the outfit. The boots, a sword, the tights, the hat, a bow on the cape, the dress, sigh...

Oh yes, I am with you both on wanting ( NEEDING ) a Tamaki re-release! I'd kill for one of those to appear.

 

As for this Santa Saber Alter..... she looks really cool and I've been wanting an Alter for years. I'd actually prefer her in WS rather than SWS but I doubt they'd do a WS DD3 body for her since the SWS is so prevalent now. Either way, if Santa Alter is a pre-order girl I will DEFINITELY be getting one. Otherwise I'll pass as I don't need the headache of trying to click war for her.

I am dying for more info on saber. I know she is common, but I don't have one yet, and I've wanted alter for years. *waits impatiently*

if it is another Saber version then it frees up my wallet. Two Sabers is enough.

 

She is quite stunning in that outfit though.

Saber looks really cute and I love the outfit but we already have a load of Sabers so would've preferred a new sculpt. At least if she's semi-white then she'll be a lot more interesting otherwise I probably will not get. I really did like Saber Alter before but just not a fan of the white skin. Hopefully we'll get more details in a few days

Oh good, it's not another Walküre girl! I was almost ready to despair, but thankfully now I won't have to. x__x For me, they couldn't have picked a more uninteresting doll than Saber. Had it been Saber Lily, I would have been more interested as her sculpt is really pretty and I'd love to customise her. The regular Saber, however, does nothing for me and I don't find her appealing as a character either... not to mention I don't care for Santa-themed outfits, so I'm completely safe from this doll. Phew!

 

Although, I suppose there are more Saber fans out there compared to Macross Delta fans... so if most people chose to go for Saber instead of Freyja, I wonder if the odds for winning Freyja in the lottery would be a bit better... ? Then again, I can't afford to buy another DD anytime soon, so I can't take part in the lottery in any case. ;___; *sigh* Oh well, hopefully we'll see Freyjas here around the forum so that I can live through other people's photos, haha~ ♥

If Saber is semi-white, I'd be tempted to get her head and customize her... I saw a really cute custom with kitty mouth one time, and I think it was a Saber.
