Does Volks USA allow split transactions?

Hi, since VolksUSA is closed for today(I have to ask here) I was wondering if it's possible to do 2 separate transactions.

By that I mean.

 

GiftCard or Credit A: Balance $500

remaining balance done by a Bank Debit Card B: $150

(Of course this is done by personally contacting them)

 

I want to purchase a standard doll but unfortunately it doesn't fit in my credit line so I have to make 2 separate transactions. Has anyone gotten something like this done with Volks before?

 

If no one has an answer I'll just give a call to them tomorrow morning.

My personal experience with them is that they do not split charges. I have however, not ordered from Volks USA in a long while. I believe the last time I tried this was probably before the new site change (for a lottery doll)...

 

If someone else has another experience though with the newer site, then please answer. I just know I was denied it before. (Was also denied this from Volks International haha.)

 

So I guess if no one newer answer doesn't hurt to call. I could see them being more lenient about it than before. :3

Aww what a shame. I hope they do let me purchase, or else I have to find a proxy method.

 

Since I won't be paying for a lottery doll they might be a little more lenient. I might even go do a pickup from Volks USA(Since I live very close to them) if they really want to confirm the transaction.(obviously just having it shipped to my home is cheaper than driving there but oh well) xD

I think PayPal will do multiple cards for one transaction like that. You would just have to have all the cards registered with PayPal.

Unfortunately not with Paypal credit.3

They MIGHT be able to with a regular bank credit card though(If someone can confirm this)

 

We contacted Paypal about it and they told us we can't make a transaction work as PP credit + PP balance. And they told us we have to contact VolksUSA about a possible split transaction in order to make it work with PP credit + PP Balance

What I've done with PayPal in the past, is transfer the remaining total into my paypal account as a balance, then pay with the card. I've done this when I had a prepaid Visa. You'd have to be drawing the money from your bank account. So then paypal will let you use both a balance and a CC. I'm not really sure why paypal told you that wouldn't work as I've done it before. If you have a balance it automatically gets eaten first so you actually have no choice about using two meyhods of payment.

I thought you could make split payments via paypal too... Hm, IDK though.
