Nice to meet you! I was introduced to this group from Facebook, and am hoping to learn some new things as well as trading with some of the members. Feel free to ask questions!

Welcome! I feel like it's always good to have forums growing steadily How did you get into the hobby/what led you to check out the fb group?

To be honest I wasn't into dolls until I got into Vocaloid, and then saw the Dollfie Dream line by Volks. After discovering an anime-esque line of dolls I was then given the inspiration to know more about dolls and discovered my passion for them. I even got to the point where Volks USA wanted to interview me for a customer service job! Unfortunately I was not selected due to someone else being far more experienced than I was, but I have since decided that I will give it my all and continue to expand my experience with both customer service and vinyl doll knowledge (as I already have experience in model planes and cars) so that one day when they are once again seeking employees that I might be able to have the experience needed to join their company.

Welcome :;) i am new to Dollfie Dreams as well having got my first one a few years ago but not playing too much with her ( now them) till now. I have been collecting Volks Resin Bjds since 2004 then finally added some vinyl to my doll family.

 

I know Hideyoshi jr (Hide さん)personally and professionally and he is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. They do generally want their reps to know their toy ( dolls resin bjds figures models etc) lines well since their customers have a lot of questions and can be very .. Dedicated. a background in customer service and Speaking and writing Japanese is also a huge plus if you are aiming to work there.
