One year with Kaori

Hmmm... time flies. It has been one year (20/11/2010) since i got Kaori. Well i got her on the 17th, but her face-up was only done on the 20th. Over the year she has changed quite a bit, and here are some photo's of her transformation.

But, she didn't like them. I tried to remove it but it was already stained into her.

Now it was about the time where her buying addiction started. Asking for this and that

It was summer time and my girls wanted some swimsuits, that i got from Cool Cat Collection

After getting a few accessories, they wanted somewhere to store it when they went out. I found a some nice backpacks, which are really for putting cellphones in.

This was the time when they were complaining of having to stand up all the time. They wanted something to sit on, however i did a search for sofas and it was too expensive for me to get. I went to Ikea for some idea's and made a replica in 1/3 scale using a parts of a wooden dish rack also bought in Ikea.

My first time going to a Doll event in Hong Kong. I went to Dollism Plus 6, an annually event. I basically spent the whole day there, walking up and down the isles deciding how to spent my $$$. They were happy to see my arrive back with lots of loot.

It's kinda cool to see how a DD "developed" over time and following her different looks. You choose some nice photos to portray her year with you. I also admire the fashion style of your girls (even if it hurts your wallet, thehe).

Happy Anniversary to Kaori! It is wonderful to see how much fun she has had over the year. I am sure there are lots of fun times ahead of her too. Those photos are all so lovely!

You're also so good at making things! Stockings, headphones, and even sofas. So handy/skillful. ;u;

I wish I could make things for my girls.

 

Also I really love that backpack accessory. I wonder if I'll be able to find something like that in the future.

Congrats on one year! I've liked Kaori from the start and it's so cool to see how she's progressed! She's so lovely and you show it with such excellent pics! You also show your love thru all the splendid things you have for her.... the clothing you get for your girls is always nice and always sexy. if anything, kaori knows how to model and work the camera! =3

When Sanae turns 1, I'm going to have to steal your idea and do something of the same sort~

Congratulations on your anniversary! Do the model doll F clothes fit the DDdy body well? I really want those cute shorts. I've never tried their Model Doll F size.

THis is one great thing about photos, is that you can see how much someone has changed over 12 months, even if your memory says they haven't.

 

In the case of Kaori, is amazing how a change here and there, the eyes and wigs, adding the glases, finally make the girl the girl you always wanted.

 

Sae will be 6 months old in the new year and i amazed how much time has passed since I had her.

Those was the first time i tried to make things. Basically it was trial and error, hoping it will turn out well

I see lots of backpacks still when i go window shopping. I'll take a snapshot next time i go out.

Some do, but some are slightly too big. The shorts are an okay fit. The waist looks a bit too big, but i use the belt to tighten the gap at the behind. There's no gap at the legs, but it's not a tight fit.

Thanks, and no i wasn't there. I haven't been there for some time. I'll be tempted to buy some loot. I normally reserve my items then pop in to pickup my goods. Also, saving up at the moment.

That's amazing it's already been one year. I loved looking back and seeing how her look has progressed. She is such a beautiful girl and you always capture such wonderful pictures of her. I also loved the family picture at the end, all of your girls are gorgeous and may you have many more years with all of them.
