Thanks for the heads up! The MSD kimono/yukata, and the red heels are pretty damn awesome. Not sure if I'll talk myself into actually spending the money on them yet, but at least I know when to get them if I do.

I've already won Santa Saber in the VolksUSA lottery so I'm good there. I'll wait for the outfits to come to VolksUSA as well in a couple months. I'll pick up a couple bra/pantie sets for my girls, and the fishtail main for Saber, and that'll be it, and that's a good thing as my wallet needs a breather.

I'm safe from this event, but I'm excited to see them sell the DDH-10 online!

Please, please let it be late February or even into March before Volks USA does this one.

 

Midnight Flower looks cute but... odd. I think I might like it better without the vest. But in the end, I think it's price is what leaves this one out of consideration for me. Doesn't seem to suit any of my girls well, either.

 

When I saw the pictures of Checkmate/Elegant from Volks News I was ready to get it for Cynthia. Now that I see a few more images, I'm not sure. I think what bugs me about it are those little sleevelet things and how she's showing her stocking tops, both of which are very fixable concerns.

 

Checkmate/Pretty was one I was iffy about when looking at the Volks News images. Now that I see some more images... I'm still iffy. However, I think it might fit in with what my girls have a bit better than I initially thought. Maybe if I swap out the skirt for something else. Or maybe it will just look better with different legwear and footwear.

 

Does it bug anyone else when Volks shows these new outfits with shoes and accessories which aren't currently available? Just a pet peeve of mine.

 

I still want to get the SB-SD-167 shoes (the mary janes). Those shoes are probably the must-have from this release. I would also like to pick up another pair of the SB-SD16G-059 (the heels with the chains), but I don't think finances will allow.

 

I really like both of the full size DD Swallowtail Maid sets. I think I prefer the one Snow Miku is modeling. I'll almost certainly try for that one.

Very cute stuff but nothing really grabs me at the moment.

Oh man, the Midnight Flower dress is calling me.. and the winter jacket... if I had the money I would totally get those two. (´；ω；`)

Man, Makomo's body hasn't even shipped and I'm already thinking of the Winter Coat set for her...

Still, I don't know if I'll actually get it because I don't care for the look of the sweater at all. IMO, the knit seems too big, and the hemming looks not so good (aesthetically speaking).

 

The Checkmate outfits really remind me of the "Royal Scandal" group of Vocaloid songs by a producer called Kanon69.

 

Also, apparently there was an outfit for auction (?)at Dollpa which doesn't seem to be a regular release. I can't tell from the Google Translate version if any version of it will ever see production, though. If there's ever a mini size version I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

The holding hands are now out on Volks USA, sadly normal skin(DD+DD) is out of stock. And I don't know if they are going to restock or not.(Probably not because they mentioned how it will be limited kinda upsetting for me.)

When I got to work this morning (About 7am AZ time.) and checked, all hands were in stock. So I ordered one each of the semi-white DD+DD, DD+MDD, and MDD+MDD. My thought was since I have (Actually, will have. Only got 2 girls right now.) one of each skin color girls that I'd get semi-white hands so that the hand color would not be that out of place no matter who I have holding hands.

 

I also entered the lottery for the blonde wig. Got to wait until next month to hear who won on that one.

Lucky you that you got what you wanted, all I ordered was just the SWS DD+DD because they were all out of normal DD+DD.

Maybe just HOPEFULLY they restock normal skin DD+DD.

Tempted to get cute MDD holding hands, but I really want some Dolpa 36 items, tough choices.

I got a pair of DDxDD and MDDxDD in Normal I almost got MDDxMDD but since I only have one MDD I passed on it. So happy to finally get these and at retail price to boot! I also put in a lottery entry for the limited purple wig

Yay! Twas the first time I was thankful to be up for work early! I ended up ordering the normal DDxDD,MDDxDD, and MDDxMDD. Starting off the year right, and finally showing Volks USA some overdue love.

I entered for both wigs, I don't mind which one it is if I win, both are lovely.

Gah, I missed the normal DD/DD hands I wanted for Fate and Nanoha! . . . I didn't even KNOW Volks USA was getting these until after they sold out. >.< Ah, well. I'll just keep an eye out.

And if you're going for DDH-10 I am sure there will be plenty of. The item I know that will be on full clickwar and difficult to obtain is the Mikuzukin Set.

 

But you never know, they may have made many of this set this time.

Just a REMINDER! If you're going to participate in this event you MUST login now! The login servers are already lagging, so make sure to log in at least 5 minutes before the event!

Lol...wish I had seen that login warning. I was logged in about 10 minutes before and it logged me out and I didn't realize. Getting back in was a bit difficult. Checkout took me like 12 minutes, but I got my order in! Hope it went well for everyone else too!
