HELP!! I need full measurements for a Miku SS-bust body...

This is a fashion emergency... we have a seamstress who is making a Chinese dress for our new DD Hatsune Miku dollfie. But we can't find the full measurements for her SS-bust size and how it is in comparison to the rest of her DD-lll body.

 

I tried to make all the measurements myself (head to toe, shoulder to bust to feet, shoulder to bust to waist, etc...), but I'm making a mistake.

 

So if anyone had worked out the measurements, please provide them ASAP. If I can get them to get within 24/48 hours, she can still make the deadline I need.
