Natsuki's Plugsuit

Natsuki's Asuka cosplay is going to the next level...

 

 

 

Natsuki: "What, are you stupid?"

 

 

I had to swap Natsuki onto an M-bust body to get this on her. She usually has a shapely L.

 

 

 

 

Mari: "I actually am an Eva pilot. Where's my plugsuit?"

 

I'll do another shoot with Natsuki's backup wig with the hairclips soon. I'd love to find Asuka's cap and track jacket from Eva 3.33, too... And a plugsuit for Mari.

Ooooo! Is this the red version of the one I got from "From-Sen"? It looks really good! I plan to get one of these if they have it at their store in Akiba when I go next month.

 

You mention that you had to change her bust to the M because her normal Shapely L wouldn't fit? I thought the suits listed for sizing would fit an M or L? Seems like that's not the case? I know my Rei wouldn't fit inside it with her Peach Pai M+ but that was because they kept getting hung up on the material and getting pushed way up too high in the suit to look right. I wonder if I'll have to get one for the DDdy instead and hope it's snug enough around the hips and thighs for it to look good on a DD2 L-bust....

 

Congrats on getting this tho! It looks great! Now all we need is for them to make the pink plugsuit so your Mari can look awesome along with Natsuki!

The shapely L looked kind of weird anyway, and I had wanted to swap Natsuki's Cool Cat neck joint back to a standard Volks one, since her head is coming off a little too easily. On top of that, her Asuka yellow dress and school uniform cosplays will fit better on M-bust.

 

Yes, Mari needs one, too! You should mention that when you're in the shop!

I've been thinking about a custom DDS Asuka for a while now. Honestly, Volks loves to revisit characters lately, where are the new versions of Rei and Asuka? Basing them on the DDS would allow for Misato, too, and Mari would feel in scale, too. (Mari is either 16 or 32 in Eva 2.22. She may have suffered the "curse of Eva" prior to the events of the series.) Anyway, I would give Asuka an M-bust, for sure.

Hahaha, thanks! Any other plugsuits they want to add would be cool, too, like the 3.33 versions. I don't think their design could work for Asuka's 2.22 test suit from awful scene where Anno sticks her in Eva-03...

I wish it were more opaque, too. Rei's likely works better over all, being white to begin with. The red looks really good when not on a doll... I'd love to get one of the more elaborate, screen accurate plugsuits that turn up in photos from time to time, but I'm sure those are very expensive. As it is, though, I think this is a fine plugsuit for Natsuki to cosplay in.

I've never tried this outfit on Natsuki before (it's for M bust, Natsuki is usually L bust), it looks good on her!

That blue and white checkered set WILL fit a regular L-bust girl... I have the same set and have put it on several of my L-bust girls with no problems. I do prefer it on my M-bust girls tho so I try not to put it on my larger girls so it doesn't get stretched out.

Ah, I've found that with a few other Volks outfits, too. The standard Haruhi uniform fits L bust OK. I've got enough SS/S/M bust DDs that I really don't want to stretch it out. I also bought a second pair of Guppy Kisses stretchy jeggings since they fit DDdy. You know those hips would stretch them out permanently...
