How do I fix a cut on the head?

I got an Angel Philia doll secondhand (Figured this is a more relevant forum to ask since they both have vinyl heads) and she has a small cut/incision on her eyehole. How do I fix this? I don't really want to use putty because it seems excessive and would make a bigger seam than the actual damage, so is there some type of glue I can use? I contacted the person I bought her from... so I'm gonna wait for their response later

It's not a big hole or rip, just looks like it was cut accidentally (Because the person did cut the eye sockets so they can put eyes in easier...)
