[Found, thanks ! :)]Shop/person helping to leave the hobby ?

Hi,

 

I'm living in North California and I need to part with all my doll/figure hobby stuff.

I don't have the time to conduct the sales myself, the idea is to focus on my studies and mom life, I'm really super short on time.

Do you know of any second hand shop that would take dollfie dreams, Pure Neemos and such and figures/art toys ?

 

If not, I'd like to find an arrangement with a (North) Californian person who could sell/keep the stuff for a very good percentage .

If your profile thingy is correct and you're in SJ, I can help out with the selling! I just live down in Gilroy, but I'm up in San Jose/Santa Clara most weekends anyway to see family. So getting up there isn't an issue. Admittedly, I'm new to selling in the doll hobby, but selling online in general is something I know well and have been doing for years.

 

Unfortunately, I can't think of any shops that would help you out with that...the amount of anime/figure goods stores is low and even then, none of them openly buy stuff off people as far as I know. Though the only two stores I even know off the top of my head are Anime 101 in Morgan Hill and Anime Palace in SJ. The only one where I think they would have considered it would've been Legends Comics and Games. They actually used to have a decent amount of Pullip stuff(while the others don't have anything doll related of course) and figures in the $200+ range, but they shut down shop in SJ and moved to Capitola. :/

 

So if someone about 30 minutes away sounds helpful to you, feel free to PM me more details and that'll give me a better idea on what I can do to help.

This might sound dumb.... how about ebay? Not sure what's the percentage/cut they are taking, but I think if you are a first time seller you get to sell 5 items for free or something, feel free to correct me as I am not really sure; just making a suggestion, hopefully someone helps you with prices =)

The thing is that I wouldn't have time to make the ebay auctions, follow them and post the items but Noxxbunny very kindly offered her help and this is perfect .
