Questions about "selling" a pre-order

Hi everyone! Sorry if this is in the wrong place, I'm not really sure where to put it. I'm thinking of "selling" my pre-order for Iori and Ana. I don't think I'll have the funds, unfortunately. I have a few questions.

 

Would the buyer paypal me the money, DDs ship to me, then to them?

Or would I be able to switch the address to theirs?

Pretty much just how and what would I need to do

That's pretty much it, I don't think Volks allows to change addresses.(Although I am not 100% sure on this, don't quote me on this. )

 

Just remember to provide some kind of "proof" that you're getting the DD to the buyer.(The receipt in this case works just remember to censor out the important info) And once you receive get the DD and the payment from your buyer, always input the tracking number in paypal when you ship it to your buyer. The worst thing you want is someone disputing that they never 'received' it and will cause you to lose out on both your DD and the money.

One other question, mostly about the address thing. What if I move? It seems we're probably going to be out of this house by September.

Anyone know if I could change the address to a new one?

You can change the shipping address, just don't do it right before the doll is supposed to ship (ideally, months in advance).

 

I've moved before while having a doll on pre-order and Volks did change the address for me. With pre-orders taking 12+ months, they know some people will change jobs / graduate school / move / etc.

It's come up before, like Cauldroness said. I seem to recall that they won't change the shipping country? But they had no trouble changing people's addresses.

 

Just wanted to throw that in there, it seems like a weird thing to include but international moves do happen, haha.
