Gabriel Posted April 27, 2017 Since a lot of people here use Flickr, I thought I'd ask here. Recently, I've noticed my older images on Flickr disappearing from my photostream. The images are still there, and can be found in my camera roll and albums. It's just that photostream doesn't think they're there. If I choose: View All = 277 Friend = 300 Family = 300 Friend and Family = 300 Public = 281 The weird thing is that all my photos are marked Public on Viewing Privacy. Only two or three are marked as restricted, and those aren't the ones that disappear from my photostream. Anyone have any idea why this would happen? Or has it happened to anyone else? Kumi Posted April 27, 2017 Flickr free accounts had photostream limits in the past - the photos were still available (in case You go Pro) but not visible in photostream. But it doesn't have it since several years, now the main difference is the ad-free browsing and some additional tools in pro. Maybe You're affected by some bug in the flickr scripts, try contacting their tech support or search the help forum. There are issues with photostream count etc: https://www.flickr.com/help/forum/en-us/72157671582810773/page5/
Gamma Ray Posted May 2, 2017 It has happened to me, too. In the same way with the photostream being limited but albums being okay. I think something glitched/someone reinstated the photostream limit exclusively and nobody cared to do much about it. Flickr, though useful, is a mess these days. Look at the page layout of the photostream vs. looking at the profile page. It's two different generations of website styles. Yahoo really screwed up Flickr in the past number of years.
