I have never seen them before anywhere....I really love those X pins I see a lot of girls wearing. (Why they market them for babies is beyond me since they are huge choking hazard... but whatever ) PlasticFantastic posted about some pretty hair clips that she found at H&M - when I went looking for them in September I found them still available.
