Those are nice scans. The Miku outfit comes with eyes too. And the swimsuits, wow. I want bits from all of them, but not all of them. I understand why it isn't this way, but I do wish you could mix and match sometimes.

I've absolutely fallen for the new standard releases Volks have announced, especially Towa (and the school uniforms and bags ).

Does anyone know when they will be officially released?? i cant find a announcement date anywhere, either that or i'm not looking hard enough ^^;

They are first being sold in the Akiba store on July 15th. I dont know if that's the same day they'll go online as well, though. There will probably be an announcement about it closer to the date.

Wow, I didn't expect them to be released so soon! I know I have to get Liliru as soon as possible, so hopefully they don't wait forever to put her on the USA site!

Oooh, those Dreamy Starnight dresses and that scientist/business lady outfit look stunning. Might be tempted after all to get these.

Sadly, I don't think the new tan matches Kanu's "sunlight skin". If I remember correctly, Mitsuki did a comparison and the new tan is lighter. :/

I think it's more like Kanu is a bit more golden than the new tan.

 

May be a better match with some blushing perhaps?

Man, I also really like the dreamy starnight outfit, and it looks like it'd fit Mei well. I especially like that the blouse and cardigan and skirt are separate pieces, because they'll have a lot more mix and match potential that way. It was one thing I didn't like about the MDD size Candy Pop, that the blouse and overdress were attached. (although maybe that was necessary in order to keep the dress from being too bulky)

 

I'm very happy with the pin tuck gloves as well. I've been wanting white science gloves for a long while now.

 

And man oh man I adore Towa's sculpt. It looks a lot more like Makomo than the current DDH07 head I have for her. Since I'm not a real fan of the DDDy body and already have a DDS body for the character, I think I'll try and find a split for her head once Towa comes out. I'm very grateful that the head that seems right for the character ends up being a standard and not a limited

 

I noticed that the Volks International website seems to indicatethat the Dollpa Osaka things are going to be available on the website on the 27th of August. Does this just mean the limited things? (sorry I am still a bit of a noob )

According to my Volks News, some of it is released on july 15th, and the rest is Dolpa/After event stuff.

 

july 15th:

Corset dresses

Yukatas (and their sandles)

Carrying cases

Tenshi no Koromo standard items (which I thought were already released anyway??)

 

Dolpa/after event (august)

Everything else.

 

I also just noticed it said that the new standard DDs are dolpa/after event too, which is odd because I swear I read before that they would be at the new Doll Point when it opens on July 15th. Unless that just means they're only in Akihabara until after Dolpa - in which case, that means you'll be able to get the new standards after the After Event!

Eh, on one hand it's disappointing I can't get the clothes sooner but on the other it gives me more time to save up for Towa's head xD

I wonder if the new standards will be available at the USA Dollpa, since it's just a few days later than the International online After Event...
