Can DD heads fit Night Lolita bodies?

Question to all the hybridizing people out there: Could a Dollfie Dream head also be used on the body of one of these "Night Lolita" (Ye Luoli) dolls?

I could not find any pictures of these bodies without the head; only a picutre of a head removed from the body, which looked rather similar to a DD head as far as the neck hole goes...?

I never heard of these dolls so i looked them up.

 

They're very cute, and at first i thought that maybe you could swap the head as it looked like theyre a cheap kind of obitsu doll, but the youtube video review i watched had a comment that the head is hard to get off, and near impossible to get back on, so id say its best to look for another body for making a hybrid ^x^
