PastelKitten Posted September 27, 2017 So im buying my first dollfie dream, She is the Hatsune Miku dollfie. Everything was ordered and i made an account with their paying service but when i try to pay it doesn't show the confirmation page that i paid it just goes back to the page where you type in your payment info. I emailed them but they haven't answered yet. Does anyone else have this problem? This is my first time using Mandarake so i dont know whats going on but its stressing me out. Minty Posted September 27, 2017 Are you trying to pay with a credit card? I recently had the same problem when trying to pay with my credit card. I was able to pay with my Visa Debit card instead. If it's a credit card that isn't going through, you can also message them to ask if they can switch the payment method to paypal (if that is an option for you). sinclair Posted September 27, 2017 It could be the credit card blocking the transaction because they think it's fraud. I've had that happen once or twice at other online stores, including Toys-R-Us. Minty Posted September 27, 2017 I had the payment issue with Mandarake again today and this time the debit visa wouldn't work either. It ended up being the exact problem Sinclair mentioned. Definitely call your bank or credit card company. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
