I woke up to my wife and I getting emails from PayPal saying we got a refund. I didn't get my grail. Now I'll have to pay the inordinate amount scalpers want.

I take it VolksUSA haven't said anything about whether they're doing this yet? Or are Bandai gonna Bandai about it.

Given how many Sabers and Mikus there have been, probably. There's a bunch of different looks to choose from for slightly different dolls in future releases, too.

I'd definitely enjoy seeing all of the sailor soldiers in Dollfie Dream format, but I couldn't quite handle buying all of them! ♥ There are so many characters!

 

If they made a decent Ami, Minako, and Rei I couldn’t throw my money at them fast enough. About the only inner/outer Senshi I have no inclination to go for are Usagi, and Chibi-Usa. If they made all the others, and I got them, I would probably get Usagi for completeness sake.

Awesome, thanks! It's been years and the not receiving a you won email threw me for a loop.

But if you have won the status should turn into "order confirmed", shouldn't it? "order" only is neither win nor lost, I think.

 

Edit: just check my page and it also says "order". was different with Emilia back than, mh...

The order is still showing on my account now, still never got a you won lottery email and still won't fully believe it until Volks takes the money but I would think the order wouldn't be showing by now if I didn't win. Hopefully Volks will take the money today or tomorrow and won't keep me in suspense much longer.

AT&T email domains are very bad about deleting mail from and to sources in Japan at a level where it never gets to you at all. After their combination with Yahoo I don't know if Yahoo has the same issue. Amiami has a note on their site about how they can't communicate with you if you have various AT&T addresses.

The att email doesn't exist anymore, I had previously used it for years with Volks with no problems though (account registered in 2009). As I said before I hadn't entered for an international lottery in years once I realized that I hadn't received a thanks for entering lottery email I checked the account information realized it was the old email address still and switched it over to my gmail account. I did receive a VOLKS Website Store | Notice of Web User Information Updated email when I updated the email address and the VOLKS Website Store | Notice of Credit Card Payment Procedures Completion like a day and a half later. The order is still showing on my account even now (I keep checking it), have checked my spam folder nothing I'm not going to start celebrating until Volks guts my bank account.

I'm in the same boat as you - I got an email saying my CC translation was completed but my "available credit" in my online banking shows that Volks released the hold on my funds (my "available credit" immediately decreased after I entered the lottery).

 

I never received an email saying that I won, but when I log into my Volks account it shows Entry status: order.

I received a winning e-mail, but the order status still reads "order" and my Paypal account shows the payment just fine.

 

Maybe they're still busy processing the Ruri winners?

The order status probably won't change for a while since she will be shipped from late February on. Maybe the order will switch to "order confirmed" a few days before and then "shipped".
