And the fact that I would only use it in winter...Maybe better luck next time with Volks USA if they get it. Luckily there wasn't anything else I was really going for. Just gotta keep telling myself it’s to make my dollies fabulous. Yup, you'll need lots of patience if you want to get what you're after. You will also need to do your homework on the hobby and put in the time to network and make friends. The more people you know, the more eyes you'll have out there looking for what you want. Networking is VERY important because otherwise you'll always be one step behind. And that can be frustrating to someone just getting into the hobby. Luckily, this forum is THE best source of DD info on the web right now. There's so many smart and helpful people here who are nice and kind enough to help new and old collectors alike without wanting anything in return other than fresh photos of the doll or outfits they helped you find. So put in the time to research things like prices, trends and when things were available and what they sold for and things will get much easier to find and not overpay on. Then sit back, toss money at stuff and watch your DD family take over your house. LOL Billy I gave up counting the girls I own, they keep multiplying and won't stop. I was just about to bid on the SD sneakers on Y!JA but had to pass them up because I was fighting for Towa's head, so this is a better option for me lol I lied, I ended up bidding and winning anyway because WHAT IS MONEY.
