Requiem Art Designs Posted January 14, 2018 Hiya, I'm Gwen, and DDs and Smart dolls are my preferred 1/3 doll for weight/posing purposes. Resin just feels too clunky in my hands. The main thing I do with dolls is design clothes patterns for them. Which is why I used my website name as my forum name, since if anybody 'knows' me, it's probably that way! DD is still a pretty new size for me, and when it comes to researching info forums are way, way better than Facebook, so here I am! It's one of those "I know I have a lot, but as long as I don't know the exact number, it can't be that many" kind of things As for how long... I got my first Volks Dollfie around 2004. Was one of the 1/6 ones, and I had to order them from the Japanese store as there was no US store! I can't post pictures or URLs yet unfortunately. I hope so, too I was looking at all the different busts (company and 3rd party) that can be used with them and I"m very as to how I can accommodate the massive variety. Still going to try though!
