Thanks for the update! I was a bit worried on that one. I kept on going back on my order, checking often.

Yay! I was starting to complain that Volks wasn't updating on the Crane Priestess set. Miku needs a new outfit!

And they're out now. I saw listings for both on Mandarake (for 25K) and while I haven't yet seen pics of the vampire dress I found a few of Crane Priestess on instagram:

Nice. I ordered thru Volks USA, so I probably won't get them until Christmas, which is fine. Miku needs presents.

I received an email from Volks USA yesterday saying my Crane Priestess outfit would be shipping sometime between Autumn and the end of December. At least I got some kind of notification now.

Finally received my shipping notice. Crane Priestess set is on the way!

Got my notice too. Actually forgot about it. So glad I paid full in advance. Should be here Thursday. So Miku is getting some Christmas presents.

Mine arrived today! I am at work so I will not be able to take pictures until tonight.

I got mine yesterday, but put them away to give Miku for Christmas.

 

I want to know how the Vampire Dress is on staining the skin.

For the Crane Priestess, I didn’t chance chance the stockings, so I double socked em over the nurse tights. Nothing else stained, not even the glove things. I had the outfit on for a couple days over Halloween.

 

Also: the wig, at least mine, was stupidly loose. Fell off if you blinked too hard.

Considering Miku's giant head, that's surprising.

Mine was suppose to be here Thursday, but apparently usps lost it, as my tracking says: Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on the way. Yeah, ok. It was shipped priority mail.

I had a package recently that had this happen on, but then the next day it was delivered. Clearly my mail person missed my package in the back of their truck so it just stayed there till the next day. But if you don't get it by Monday then you should definitely talk to your USPS office because it also may be there just sitting on a shelf (also have had this happen).

Update: The post office found it. Miku's Crane Priestess Outfit was delivered today.

OH MY GOD for all my deep love for Miku I haven't been this excited over an outfit for a while. I really disliked the Twinkle Star theme. This is just perfect, every little detail!! And the accessories don't look cheap either. I'm in love. I am so going to buy this and I'm not sure if she'll ever come out of it lol

 

I wonder how the earrings are going to stay on. Need more doll earrings

Twinkle Snow has earrings as well but you had to pierce her ears and I didn’t really want to so my Miku never wore them.

I’m surprised to see this teased so soon! I didn’t expect it until February. I really want it but oof not looking forward to the price, it looks like it’ll cost more than twinkle snow. If they require upfront payment then I’ll probably be skipping the dolpa40 after event.

I’m hoping they at least announce some other outfits at SnowMiku this year cos I was kinda disappointed they didn’t announce any at MagiMirai last year. I wonder if there will be any news on Sakura Miku also...?

So far Twinkle Snow is the only one Volks has made I liked enough to get, but I missed it and the aftermarket price is too much for me to consider.

 

The one I wish they had made is 2014's Magical Snow as it's the design I like the best by far.

 

It also sucks that with the hundreds of scale figures of Miku that mostly they haven't made Snow Miku except as figma and nendos.

I just got my hands on Twinkle Snow for $300 CAD. My dolls are gonna be pretty snow princesses together. I can’t wait.

I'll be getting this for sure. It's a pre-order which makes me happy. Hopefully VolksUSA gets it too.

This one I like, but she’ll have to share it with Chihaya.

Seeing the second picture I like it more, but I think the little turquoise jewelry bits and bows on the front and the crown and snow jewelry look cheap and bring down the look a lot (as I think about such on many outfits).

 

I'm not much of a fan of much jewelry and frill in real life though so it's maybe just that bias.

 

It reminds me a bit of Anastasia's outfit.

I'm definitely going to get this set it's just too cute!
