Older collectors know me already from my stories on figure.fm and I used to be here as ''Salica'' only . Since then life as been rough , my hubby was diagnosed with cancer and I have health issue as well but I will make an effort to take more pictures of my girls and even write new stories if I feel full of energy

Hi, I had commented on one of your videos maybe a month or two ago. I had asked if you were a member here. I'm glad to see that you joined the forums again. I'm sorry to hear about your husband, how is he doing? I am sorry to hear about your health as well, I have health issues too. I hope you both feel better. I really like your pictures and your stories as well as your YouTube videos.

I look at your photos on Flickr all the time!

My husband is still alive but he had all the treatments available and he was lucky enough to be on a medical trial that worked for him for a while . But we are always waiting for the next medication that will come out as his cancer develop when it get used to the new meds . We don't know how long he will be able to stay on meds that stop his cancer , there are no cure for him ,just meds that stop the progress .

 

Enough of that for now . I will try to stay positive here ^_^

I'm new here but in going through a lot of the older threads here I have noticed certain people who used to post a fair bit who aren't around anymore and often wonder what happened and you are one of the ones I noticed. So I'm glad you are back and doing ok. As an older guy that overall has been pretty lucky as far as health goes I'm still very aware of such issues and how they affect you mentally as well as physically both with my own concerns and seeing what a friend has gone through and how it changed them.

Yeah , life can bring us down with unexpected surprises sometimes , I had my share of those in the last 3 years .
