PayPal verification failed?

Every time I try and order anything from the Volos website I always get to the end of ordering and I get an error saying "PayPal verification process failed, please try again later"

 

I have no idea what it means, how do I fix this

Maybe you gave the wrong email? You might not have funds on your card/paypal account? Are you from a country Volks ships to?

I checked all of this, the email is correct, they ship to my country and I have the money in my bank account

Then I really don't know... sorry maybe your paypal account is restricted for overseas orders? I would probably give them a call.

I had this same problem when I tried to enter the Sailor Moon lottery. Turned out my credit card issuer had blocked it as they thought it was fraud. But they never bothered to call me to ask, I had to call them. So I'd say call the number on the card you are trying to use from the phone they have on the account for billing and talk to someone about it. Let them know you are really trying to buy from Volks, and they should release the hold.
