Christmas cards and surprises

We have received quite a few cards already and more keep coming each day. Here are some of the cards we received so far.

 

 

The card on the far left is from from Joltfiend and his lovely Neris. Inside there was a beautiful photo of Neris.

 

We also received a fantastic card from from LordNoir and the fabulous Az, Belze, Jaryth, and Lore.

Not quite a Christmas card but instead a Halloween card set arriving a little late because of postal trouble in Brazil. These are from Saluli and her beautiful Beatrice. They are so cute!

 

Absolutely wonderful card from Archangeli with gorgeous photos of her family all dressed up and looking festive.

 

 

The foxgirls in the family were thrilled by the stamp as well.

Shirayuki is also enjoying the new table. She is Alna's biggest fan. She thinks the table is great for watching videos on the laptop.

 

 

Sakuno: "Why do you have so many copies of Alna's CD?"

Shirayuki: "Alna is doing a CD signing this weekend. I want to get all of these signed."

 

Shirayuki: "I am so excited to meet her. I listen to her music all the time and watch her videos on yuutube."

 

Mashiro: "You realize Alna is Kaorin, right?"

 

Shirayuki: "Are you serious?"

 

Shirayuki: "I am going to go ask her."

 

Shirayuki: "Kaorin, are you Alna?"

 

Kaorin: "Yes, that is my stage name."

 

Shirayuki: "I am your biggest fan! I listen to your music all the time."

Kaorin: "Thank you! I am so happy!"

 

Thus Shirayuki was united with her favorite singer.

Hehe I loved how Shirayuki found out that Kaorin was indeed her favorite singer Alna All the cards you received from everyone look great! Especially with the little treats that were included in the various cards. I bet all of your girls are enjoying this greatly I hope to participate in the card exchange next year

Loved the story and it's good to see the x-mas exchange working well with everyone who has decided to take part.

 

I loved Shirayuki thinking about getting all the CDs signed by Alna. It make me think she'll be selling them either on Flicker or Ebay next.

That's fantastic!!!! So many wonderful goodies! Billy's table looks great too!!! Your girls all seem to be in the holiday spirit.

Shirayuki is certainly the observant one isn't she? She's been living with her favorite artist all along and never noticed. I wonder how many time she's pointed out the cool new Alna youtube video to Alna herself w/o ever looking up for the screen.

 

That's some nice holiday stuff you've received. It looks like people put a lot of thought and effort into their holiday cards, very cool.

The CDs are printouts of Alna's CD design from the DD blog (I think from around April Fool's Day). I used foam core board to give them shape.

Sorry if I came across that way. I didn't mean it as a plot hole or anything else negative about your story. I actually figured she was just a ditzy (or at least unobservant) girl. I certainly know people would who likely fail to notice such things just as she did.

 

And as Rin is pointing out to me right now, even though it looks like you're suffering from a major kitsune infestation it seems like you also had the good fortunate of getting some of the less intelligent and thus less dangerous variety. And she's very happy about that as she'd hate to see anything bad happen to one of her favorite fans.

Thank you for saying that scripple. I didn't mean it in a negative way either. Shirayuki wants to seem to be the less dangerous type kitsune so Rin won't worry and also seem to be silly to make Baldylox laugh. We are thrilled that Rin is keeping an eye out for our well being. It means a lot.

It's great to see the table getting used for such a great activity! Christmas card layouts AND setting up Alna CD's and video watching? SWEET!

 

You sure did get some lovely cards and gifts Mitsuki. And your three girls all look totally adorable! And since I now have a Mashiro living with me, I can turn my attention to Shirayuki..... she's adorable! I love her! She's cute, funny and a little silly.... all great qualities for a kitsune! And her acting is great, she totally has me thinking she didn't actually know Alna lived with her.

Thank you, PlasticFantastic! I remember a post by littlebearries about Alna not being an anime character based DD. Alna is famous to me, so I wanted to make little CDs to show how Alna as a singer can be just as recognized as an anime character.
