kinkachou Posted March 17, 2018 A few months ago I paid my folks a visit and decided to bring Shiori with me so she could get familiar with their house and our new dog. It was a pretty chilly day outside and we were both happy to be greeted with a wave of warmth from my dad's wood stove as we set foot in the doorway. Shiori quickly settled in and got to exploring once she warmed up a bit, and perused my mom's small assortment of recipe books (as, being a fuguruma-yohii, she'll read anything-- especially if it has some sentimental value). It seems she's claimed that armchair for herself from now on (My brother actually helped me in posing her for this one; he kind of coached me in the placement of her legs so she'd stay balanced while hanging off the edge of the chair. She's meant to be climbing down from it here.) Shiori is a customized DDS Nanami Black lives matter.
Sniiksnak Posted March 17, 2018 That’s an adorable sweater, she looks so comfortable. She’s so cute, getting familiar with the house. That last pose is impressive.

Ie-Aster Posted March 18, 2018 I like how well she fits in with the house, both in terms of color scheme (you definitely picked the right outfit for the room) and the general air of coziness that Shiori and the room share. It makes sense that she'd be drawn to cookbooks too: recipies are certainly things which can have lots of memories and thus emotion attached to them. At home: Mei (DDP Lucy custom), Aku (DDB Takane custom) En route: L. (DD Matoi)
