Hi from Chicagoland!

Hey all!

 

My name is Ben, I've been collecting BJDs for about 8 years and have always had some interest in anime styled dolls. I was super close to getting my first Dollfie Dream but C2E2 was this past weekend and I ended up spending waaaay more than I wanted to and it looks like I'm going to have to put getting a DD on hold However I decided to join the forum to get even more exited about saving up!

 

If you want to find me on DoA I'm also Mainframe110 there. I'm a total newbie to vinyl dolls so I'm ready to learn as much as I can!

Are you a member of Chitowndollz? There's quite a few DD owners in the group and you get to see lots of pretty girls at the meets. In fact, there's a Chicago meet coming up soon! I think registration is open until May 1 so you have plenty of time to sign up if you want to. I am definitely attending (and bringing some DDs), and I believe Galvatim is also bringing some DDs with him.

Welcome! I'm new to DDs, too. I know that events like that can eat up your spending money like that. D: I hope you're able to save back up for a DD soon! Have you thought about which mold you're wanting to get?
