Ooh, Karin is interesting. Somehow the different faceup emphasizes how round her face is over the default.

 

It also makes me think Karin is another head that could be used for a boy; perhaps it's the hat you put her in be she already looks a little tomboyish to me.

They are actually quite subtle, so not everyone really saw them ahah

I'd like to share my latest work, another face-up on a Dollfie Dream 09 head ^_^

 

She is arrived at destination already - stay tuned to see how charming she looks, now that her mama styled her!

Bump for Sayoko! I am now in love with Angel Philias... I never thought I could like another kind of dolls as much as DD... but here we are!

Up for Sailor Moon!

I wanted to change her default make up, not very Moony in my opinion, but keep its cheerful vibe.

This is what came out! I hope you will like her as much as I do. She is also my only DD with earrings... they look so cute!

She's super cute! Those eyebrows work really well for her! Your faceups all have such lovely, straight lines. How long do they take you to finish?

Thanks a lot for your kind words... they really mean a lot!

They usually take a few hours, an average of 5/6 hours per head - depending on how busy I am, I usually paint a head in a day, or 2/3 days.

Thoses eyebrows on a Dollfie Dream is quite daring, but you did an amazing job, they don't look out of place one bit.

Do you do mods? I’m looking to create a Mika Jougasaki with a DDH09, but the head may need some moding around the eyes.

Thank you! I really like them too: I have seen some resins with this style of eyebrows, and I wanted to achieve a similar effect on a DD doll. 

On a side note, I believe that Sheryl's mature sculpt really helps the purpose, though! ^_^

I usually don't do mods, but I would be thrilled to paint a doll in the style of Mika! 

I believe that the 09 head would be a good choice for her, and a specific make up would do the trick.
