As usual there's no way to tell how current those listings are so the prices could have changed. I checked Yahoo Japan but didn't see anything there. She sat for a long time at that price and does pop up from time to time. Since she's an earlier release I think she had a relatively low print number which probably contributes to why you don't really see her pop up that often. That being said, I don't think she's popular because a week ago an auction ended for a Full Set Ayu went for only 26,000 yen. I'd say that anything 45,000 yen and under is a fair price.
