I'm trying to decide between a S or a M bust for my upcoming doll, but I can't find anything on it. Anyways, here's a comparison of all 3 sizes of MDD busts from Volks. First is a side by side with all 3 of them on girls. From left to right we have Luna with the small bust, Kino with the medium bust and then Nami with the large bust. As far as clothing goes, almost 95% of the clothes for the S-busts also fit the M-busts. The L-bust can be a little tight on some outfits but for the most part they work just fine. Now this is for the Volks clothing I have. Other lines are hit and miss for the L-bust. The M-bust seems to fit everything I've tried on it no matter what brand it was. The good thing about the Volks stuff is that the bust sizes are listed on the front of the package so it makes things really easy.
