Seconded! I'm so glad its sold on its own too. There have been way too many instances where I want a clothing set for just one of the pieces and so cant justify the price. I'm happy theres at least one more thing I want besides the fox ears and tail because I didnt want to make an order for only those.

 

Thank you, Beani! It's painful being home and not getting Volks News delivered anymore - the online issues are a godsend of course but I'm impatient and cant wait two weeks lol.

 

edit: I love the pink jacket as I would like more casual clothes for Rin but I do wish Volks would offer more gender-neutral/boyish casual stuff in Tenshi no Koromo as well, since DDSBoy can be so hard to clothe and I really want a similar jacket for Mel. They could even market them as tomboy clothes, they'd still be cute on the girls.

This should be all the missing DD gathering items and the f3 pages (minus standard models page)

None of them are really jumping out at me as must haves, which is a bit of a relief. Between Kaede, two clothing events followed by Altria, I'd like a respite from the cash hemorrhaging.

Yes, DDP body will be available, along with parts, for 29,800 yen. There's still only the single (small) bust size, it appears.

However, the trade-in deal on the DD-f3 (full-size) body starts on October 20th, so that's probably the date for all the bodies.

I couldn't find any specific date but my guess is cfx is right and the DDP body will appear alongside the new frame release for DD Gathering on the 20th of October.

 

The trade in has a long delivery delay though so it seems strange to make those people wait till December if the frames are in stock in stores. So maybe the general release will be more delayed than we expect for the new bodies.

Thank you very much! I've been super busy so I was wondering if I missed the plaid outfits in the September collection (I seriously looked three times). Good, I have time to put out the fire on my credit card from the last Volks order. XD;

Argh! It started an hour ago and of course the thigh-high boots are gone by now.

 

The last event started at 9PM CST (my time) if I haven't lost my mind...why can't they be consistent?

Surprised the blue pastel set sold out in 3 minutes. Tenshi no koromo never sells out. =/

I got all three lounge sets

Had fun waiting in the rain at Volks this morning. Always cute when they bring out drinks and snacks for everyone.

 

Most items were still available past 11am minus the fantasy ash wigs in red and grey (didn't realise they were releasing today but they were super popular). Had to line from around 9am or so to get those.

 

My biggest surprise was that the dark owl vest is lined with grey (all the way up the halter). The black straps on the blue knit set are also lined white and there's even white lining around the bottom of the short boots! I've had shoes stain through body stockings before. Not worried about stains on these at all.

 

The Dark Owl dresses are seriously impressive in person. I was not sure about buying it but couldn't help leaving with one after seeing them.

It has a very different feeling on a DD to the SD modeling it in Volks News. Thanks for the pics! It looks great but luckily isn’t really any of my girls’ aesthetics (lucky because I already spent a bunch on after event stuffast week)

Thanks for showing the owl set! I think I've decided i actually do want it, but for one of my boys instead. The materials look so much better in person than in Volks promo pictures (typical lol)

Put Len in it! (At least for a laugh and a pic.) Volks says it's compatible with DDS Boy after all.

 

It's still in stock now, and the Black Owl dress is still saying it will be restocked. The thigh-high boots are now showing as sold out so they likely won't be back. I'll have to try for them whenever the USA site's lottery happens.

Volks USA is having it's Volks News 80 free shipping campaign Starting September 20th at 11 AM.

 

They say it's Pacific Time, but whenever I hit their site for this event at 11 AM Pacific it's always sold out. I suspect they may really start at 11 AM Eastern / 8 AM Pacific.

They are getting better at doing it PST time. They still show out of stock right now, and I've been checking since 7:30 PST.

I've seen them open stuff up at midnight pacific that was allegedly going to be 11AM. I suspect that when VolksUSA sets things to release, they often only set by date and not time even though they may state a specific time.

When they did Volks News 79 I checked at midnight, and it wasn’t for sale yet. Then I checked at 11 am pacific and it was sold out.

 

I sort of figured their web server might have east coast as the time zone, and was triggering the events a few hours early. That’s just based on how some events seem to start 11 am east coast instead of west coast, even when they say west coast. It would be hard for me to believe they would create a graphic that said 11 am pacific, and not intend 11 am pacific.
