Help identifying a head

I'm terrible at identifying DD sculpts :/

 

Any idea who this is? Is it a default face up or a custom?

Eye hole shape tells me that is a DDH-07. It's probably a custom faceup though I'm not familiar with all the Volks ones now for D'Coord and Dream Choice.

I suspected some form of customisation but as I said I'm in no way an expert!
