chubby_peachy Posted October 16, 2018 I got my DDH off ebay (risky business I know) and to my misfortune, it seems like the person who did my DDH-09's face up put a DDH-07 head cap on her? Or at least that's what I believe since there is an 07 inscribed on it. The cap is about a millimeter smaller than my doll's head, and it makes harder for her to keep wings on tight. I have had my DDH-09 for a while and have always wondered if I could ever get a different head cap from anywhere :/ Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Innocentsake Posted October 16, 2018 Since Volks doesn't sell head caps separately (since all the heads are slightly different in size) the only way to get the correct fitting head cap would be to buy another blank DDH-09 head and take the cap from that one. And even then you may run the small risk of that one not fitting exactly right either since it's not the cap that originally went together with your DDH-09 girl. Though either way it would fit better than the one on your girl. Maybe you could message the buyer you purchased your girl from and see if they still have the original cap to switch them. Couldn't hurt to try~ If you get a silcone head cap and put it on your girl that would probably help keep her wig from coming off.
