Rynnsdolls Posted February 22, 2019 (edited) I CAN POST PICTURES NOW YAY! I wanted to introduce Mayu! My 60cm obitsu girl I got second hand! I did her faceup myself using pencils (bc my hands are too shakey to hold a brush) so it's not that great but I love her to pieces! Anyone else here have a 60cm obitsu? I also have a review of her on my YouTube channel, where I want to get more active at ^^ Edit: image won't show up?? Help! I did use the img thing, posted the flickr link if anyone can see what I did wrong Edit: Thank you Testament, it works now!! Testament Posted February 22, 2019 Unfortunately flickr does not provide a valid address for the image. You should have an internet page only with your doll's photo without strange contextual menus, such as when you select VIEW IMAGE by pressing the right button. But this, flicker does not allow it. Lunis Posted February 22, 2019 So cute! Her faceup is beautiful! (♡°▽°♡) With the right pencils they can look just as good or better than paint. I rarely use paint in my faceups anymore, it never seems to look as good as the watercolor pencils I have now. Rynnsdolls Posted February 22, 2019 Ahh thank you! I recently bought myself a set of Derwent pencils and AAAA THE PIGMENTS!! The set I used before worked wonders on resin but vinyl not so much. Lunis Posted February 22, 2019 . I'll have to try the Derwent pencils sometime! Right now I'm using Faber Castell and they work great, but I'm always happy to try new materials. Never know when something even better will turn up! Rynnsdolls Posted February 22, 2019 What Testament said works, if you post the photo to flickr and then look for it in the code you can find the location. Be sure it's not the code for the zoomed in version though. Testament Posted February 22, 2019 You're welcome ^^ I'm not an expert on how flickr works, so maybe (I hope) there's a better solution than the brutal code one. Let's wait for someone else who also use Flickr. I had a Picasa Web Album account, but google closed the service migrating everything on google photo and every image link become 1km long and without the final file extension (.png, .jpg, etc), so now many forum don't recognize the link as an image link and one must add "-tmp.jpg" at the end of every photo ><. Fortunately this forum still accepts the new links as image links even without the extension. Anyway, where are my manners... Your Mayu is very beautyful, I really like how your faceup turned out.
