Has anyone tried 3d printing a head they made?

I'm decent at modeling and wanted to make a head for my mdd; anyone try that before?

There are a bunch of resin bjd shops that sell 3d printed heads as far as I know, I haven't seen them on dollfie dream yet though

I didn't save the link and don't remember who it was, but some months ago I saw pictures on Instragram of someone who was working on this; I think they were making a boy head as I remember it looked a little like the Smart Doll boys.

So say I do get something printed, whats a paint color that matches dd skintones?
