You get home one day, and you find your DD missing from her usual display spot.

Then you find out there's someone sleeping under the blanket... with a tail popping out from the blanket.

What are you going to do?

In any case, don't pull the tail. It's rude

1 - look at the figure under the blanket and think; don't move a muscle and don't speak;

2 - go to the kitchen to drink something (fruit juice or water, no alcohol);

3 - go back to your room veeeeeery sloooooowly;

4 - look again at the bed and think again;

5 - realize everything is ok and sit on the bed to wake up your little girl ^^

Hm. . . Well, given who's in *my* house:

1. Stare at tail.

2. Peek under covers to make sure that it's not just some new animal in the house. If answer is no, proceed to step 3.

3. Attempt to control temper.

4. Fail at attempt to control temper.

5. Shout: "AGATHA!!! What kind of weird science project is THIS nonsense?!"

Hmm...I imagine I'd go fix my sleepy girl a snack for when she wakes up.

No one likes a cranky DD. Arms and legs flailing everywhere isn't a pretty sight.

Considering our daughter Rin has 2 different cat tails (the black tail attached to the kitty bloomer set and a lynx tail bought from a steampunk vender at an anime con), this would somehow not be too unusual of a thing.

Also, Pixar has taught us that toys/figures/dolls do stuff when humans are not around, so it's definitely conceivable to find them in a different spot.

Are you ready to rock? ^_^

If I were in that situation, I'd giggle, put the doll back to where I usually keep her, and then later remark casually to my husband, "So, she must have been quite sleepy; I found her in the bed today." He is always the source of doll shenanigans. n_n One time I came home to find the dolls learning to play guitar!

Interesting feedback everybody.

I had this interesting response saying "KILL HER".

Reason: She could have dismembered the poor DD

Now assuming the figure under the blanket is indeed your girl after taking a peek, and except that she... well has a kitsunemimi and tail.

Still sleeping away deeply, what are you going to do:?

Exact same as before, only with "It's your own d***ed fault" added in somewhere. =P Well, stuff like this happens when you have a mad scientist in the house. . .

Well, if it's Aoi with kitsunemimi and a tail under there, Natsuki is probably in big trouble...

I'd wonder when my husband snuck extra dolly packages into the house without my noticing. (And I'd wonder why he bought kitsune accessories; he's not exactly very into them.)

Hmm. Take pictures, lots of pictures. Y'know, just in case the kitsune upgrade goes away when she wakes up.
