Does anyone know who this faceup artist is?

A long shot, but I was curious if anyone could tell who may have done the faceup. I thought it looked like Aki-aa on Instagram's work but it doesn't seem to be. 

It might be. Click on the fox-eared girl on page 10: http://coco.girly.jp/ which seems fairly similar, though if it is by them I think the Mandarake head is older work because it's not as elegant as most of what I see now.

Maybe Lansy- they do a lot of 09 customs, similar to that style.

Hah, I was going to suggest if anyone recognized the eyes that might be the answer, but then figured they had probably been changed anyway so didn't bring it up.

Aha! That'd be it. I love Happiness, but I can't seem to remember them >< Does anyone know where they sell their heads or how much they usually go for? I'm wondering if the one on Mandarake was a deal. I had purchased it because I loved it so much anyway and ended up being the one who snagged it, just got my payment request :3

Someone already mentioned it but I am almost 100% sure that it's by Happiness I just bought a head by her on Yahoo Japan and won her in an auction for 133 usd. I may have been lucky though, I have seen her heads go for more.
