I have that Zero, too; I got mine from Spirit Halloween. I accidentally missed him when taking down Halloween stuff last year so uh, I guess mine is a year round decoration now?

And @TheWhiteRabbit I love those shelves your girls and pumpkins are displayed on!

That's where I got my Zero as well! absolutely nothing wrong with a year round Zero! He's a cute addition any time of year lol. 

Thank you! they are just some Walmart shelves, but I love the casual feel of the ladder shelves. (I maybe should have tidied a bit before posting a photo lol)

Ladder shelf, that's the term I needed, thanks! Once my roommate fully moves out I might get some for the craft room, I always need more storage in there. 

Adorable, and all your girls look great, but I love the little ghosty skirt.

Dang it, I spelled Clyce's name wrong.  You'd think I knew how to spell it right since I like her so much.    But you're right, the 05 girls need way more photos and attention!  I think they are vastly underrated.

hahaha, I mean, I spell her name strangely so makes sense. 05 girls definitely don't get enough love, they are really unique and versatile. I would have more 05 girls in a heartbeat.

 Her eyes are actually from Parabox, size is 22mm. Thanks about Airy, I think she has the sweetest face

Airy makes a great elf!  She's super pretty in these pics.  But Mayu is just sooooo adorable!  I love the 04 girls and I think people don't give them the chance they deserve for cute and fun girls.  I'm glad your photos show her off so well!

Thank you! I agree! The 04 girls just have something super sweet about them. 

Another drop off in posting here, gotta get better at this lol. 

 

Anyway, here today with a recent arrival. I recently set out on a mission to make a twin for my 05 girl Clyce, the original plan was for her to be an identical twin (I even bought a red wig to match). I ended up falling in love with a different look for her, so now they are sisters and not twins lol.

*Update*

decided to muck around with a couple spare wigs I had on hand for Mash to wear. He default wig is meh, and I haven't found a style for her yet. I figured I'd share some wig trials incase someone else is looking for things to do (or not to do with Mash) 

 

This fuzzy orange wig made her feel kinda witchy for some reason.

 

Airy's default was a hard no go for me. Though that wig isn't great anyway. 

 

I did like this dark wig, gave me some real Sailor Mars vibes.

 

In the end I left her in this wavy dark blonde look. I like it well enough until I buy something new for her.

I really like that orange colored wig on her.  It makes her look spunky and a bit like a troublemaker.  😉  If you don't like that style maybe try another style in a similar color, I think it really suits her face and eyes.

I kinda like the fluffy orange on her too, I get the same troublemaker vibes lol. Maybe she'll switch over to that one for a while.

I have a bunch of other wigs but nothing is calling her name, I need to go wig shopping with Mash specifically in mind I think. 

Omg such great photos. Now I want another girl to add to my collection.

Oiii it's been a hot minute.... 

However! I received my MDD Rena today  She's my first MDD so her size is amusing to me. She's actually super cute, Volk's photos as usual do her little justice.

Alright, so point's to note. She's actually adorable, her wig is pretty low fuss, her hat is a battle to remain on her head... I'm a bit worried about the cuffs of her dress and staining, but there is a heavy amount of surging inside that keeps the black/grey not so pressed into her arm, so we will see. 

 

I happen to have a DDP girl also, so I was able to scope out how Rena would look on a DDP vs her MDD body. Honestly, I was a bit worried about the MDD height, but, without any other characters in the series to put her scale out of line, she is perfectly fine on an MDD body. She looks perfectly natural and I think it will take them releasing one of the other girls to judge this body choice. 

That said, if you were to upgrade her to a DDP, sit looks perfectly natural as well. Her head isn't out of scale and she looks just fine. I tossed her dress on the body (sans socks) and that also fits perfectly fine (though a bit shorter naturally) *Pantsu shots below!!*

She stole Yayoi's body for some tests. 

 

Back on her own body, and Yayoi got a quick outfit swap 

 

That's about it, I hope everyone enjoys their incoming Rena's. whether you leave her as is or give her a boost in the height department, she looks ok both ways in my opinion. 

 

Thank you for sharing some out of box pictures of Rena and some shots with a DDP body. She rocks both proportions in my opinion. Indeed, she looks much cuter in owner pictures than the official ones.
