Hey Friends! just dumping a few pre-holiday photos.

 

Throw back to warmer fall days with Miss Chi.

 

Recently got myself a cheap Mikuru head from Mandarake  she's gonna have to stay a floating head till after Christmas, but she so sweet looking. She needed some stain treatment on arrival, but shes all cleaned up now. In Canada I can't readily buy 10% benzol cream, but the 5% worked just fine. 

She cleaned up quite well  This took 4 treatments at room temp.

Mash is trying out the warm red sweater set, this set has cozy festive vibes for sure! it's also very soft. 

Kumi traded in her elf ears to try out these new winter kitsune ears. I think she'll keep these for a while

Yay!  I love seeing your doll family!  You have so many beautiful girls!  But you know my faves..... Rei and Chii and the 05 twins!  They all look so lovely!  

Why didn't you show a close up of your custom Icon Clover? Is it because she looks a little sickly?  Maybe you left her in the sun a little too long and she shrunk and got wrinkly?  OH WAIT IT'S BABY YODA.  😄  😄 😄😄

HAHAHA!! dead! If any Clover starts looking like baby Grogu that would be a real tragedy. Maybe add water? they'll spring back 😅

Hey all, I hope everyone had a safe and happy holiday! back into it with a small update, I picked up some white lights on clearance on a bit of a whim and back lit the doll shelf. I am quite pleased with it, what do you think? note: some of the girls are not fully posed here, so sorry for the sloppy set up lol.

I love the lights! It adds a magical sort of feel to the display and they are very pretty!

I really like the lights!  It adds some cute flair to the setup along with some depth too.  Plus you can see all your pretties better!     Nice work on that!

Thanks! I like having the bit of extra light in their corner

That set up reminds me of theater staging so much with the lighting, I like it a lot!  

Adding a couple quick photos here, been in a bit of a mental rut and haven't done much with the girls... 

Yayoi couldn't miss Pokemon Day though, here she is hanging out with Mew 

 

Swapped Momo into this pink hoodie, she's now the cutest, casually dress demon girl there is 😈💜

meet Natsuki! 

Natsuki was one of those dolls I always wanted back when I first started collecting. Years ticked on and she never joined the family... Recently browsing Mandarake a fullset came up for a steal. She was pretty stained and needed some TLC, but I got her all fixed up and she fits right in. 

 

A very unplanned addition, Mikuru! I got this head back in December, she had a few stains, and was dirt cheap. I cleaned her up and finally I was able to get her a body. She is on a DDS body and I gave her a soft blonde wig for now 

 

I need to get some more proper photos of both of these girls. They are old sculpts but I love them both.

Congrats on your newest ladies!  They are both beautiful!  I love Natsuki with the large bust, I did the same with mine!  It just seems to work with her look so much better than the M-bust she came with.  And your Mikuru is adorable!  She has the sweetest look to her.  I'm glad you like the older girls, they certainly deserve to be cleaned up and treated with some spoiling!

Thank you! Agreed! the L bust definitely suits Natsuki better imo, she has a natural cute but edgy vibe to her. Mikuru is the total opposite, she's like a delicate flower lol. So many of the older girls have beautiful sculpts, I'll always swoop in on a good deal on one haha. They 100% deserve better then on a shelf in second hand shop.

Yep!  That L-bust is perfect for her!  And I totally agree about Mikuru!  Mine is a medium bust and her character is a total innocent little girl.  She's just great like that.  And you are so right about the poor older girls that are just sitting in shops!  I wish I could swoop in and adopt them all so they know they're loved!  But I can't afford that and my house is really close to bursting at the seams already with pretty girls that need attention.  😉

Ah yes, I am still alive lol. The garden is starting to bloom, so I took a couple girls out to enjoy the flowers  

It ended up being WAYYY too windy, so getting some decent shots was half brutal lol. Our weather here is consistently very windy, so outdoor shoots can been a battle and a half most days. Being said, it was nice to get the girls outside.

Natsuki and Mikuru came out to enjoy the sun but decided to chill on the deck while their sisters blew over in the grass lol.

Omg you have so many cute girls, it's so satisfying seeing them all lined up! They're all so cute but I'm especially smitten with your Chi and Mash. I've always wanted to see an official Chi dollfie tbh! And Mash's whole face and wig are soooo pretty.

Thank you so much! It took me a bit to figure out how to style Mash, but I'm happy with her now  

I agree about an official vinyl Chi, the resin one is so old now you never see her. I am also forever pining for an official CCS DD.
