Today's Cosplay Rin: Kinomoto Sakura, Tsubasa Ver.

Today on episode 2 of Cosplay Rin, Rin-chan poses as CLAMP's beloved Sakura (the Tsubasa version).

 

This outfit is unusual amongst Rin's wardrobe because it's one of her few light-colored outfits, and unusual amongst anime clothes because of its Arabian theme look. There are three different looks for Sakura that Rin would like to show you today, captured over six pictures.

 

First up is the hooded traveler style. Sakurin has journeyed long whilst protecting her identity with her cloak, and now peeks her hands out to knock at an inn.

 

 

Second is the neko-pose style. Sakurin has found shelter, putting down her hood and playfully posing as a cat. Maybe she remembers that in another world far away, Tomoyo had her capture clow cards dressed as a catgirl? There are two alternate angles for this.

 

 

 

Last up is the summoner style. Without the cloak and in a slightly more dynamic pose, it is easier to see the rest of the outfit. Sakurin summons in Mokona for some company. But what's this? Something went wrong with the summons... Mokona is so small?! Sakurin carries her on her head. There are three alternate angles for this.

About Cosplay Rin: A periodic series where Rin-chan shows her playful side, dressing up in fancy clothes as other characters. She tends to keep her own hair, of which she is so very proud, but change her outfit appropriately to the character. Who do YOU want to see her dress as next?

Sakurin is so ridiculously adorable! That outfit is so elaborate and accurate. The light color with bold trim is beautiful and another elegant choice for Rin. That mini-Mokona is extra cute too!
